The Accelerated Cybersecurity Bootcamp is a unique partnership between CyberWarrior Academy and the University of Massachusetts (Boston). The program was custom built for existing Computer Science professionals looking to transition into Cybersecurity. Our training is delivered by word-class security engineers and ethical hackers. Our seasoned experts will empower you with lab-driven instruction a person needs to prepare and qualify for the cybersecurity industry. 
This unique program provides hands-on technical training mapped to the NICE (National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education) framework. The United States federal government and its agency, the National Institute of Standards (NIST), developed NICE as a pathway to define the Cybersecurity skills needed today and relevant jobs. Employers are looking for NICE qualified professionals!  



We prepare our students to work for cybersecurity teams across the globe, leveraging their certifications, technical and professional training earned in the classroom to contribute to a company as a Security Analyst/Engineer or equivalent position.

Anything else I need to know?
This program is fast-paced and aimed at those with existing technical skills, including:
Solid understanding of the OSI model
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP model
OS admin and configuration skills including Linux and Windows
Basic troubleshooting for network problems and virtualized networks
At least one year of IT/Network-related experience

The following are desirable, but not mandatory:
Knowledge about network security, standards, and protocols
Scripting knowledge (programming languages like Python, C, Perl, PHP)
